A community symposium supporting ALL families for ADULTS and YOUTH
APRIL 22, 2017, 8:30AM-1:30PM

The event will includes:
* Light breakfast
* Keynote by Dr. Elizabeth Olson of the Collective for Psychological Wellness
* World Café in which all participants discuss three essential questions about the causes, impacts, and strategies for youth, families and communities. Led by Rona Wilensky and Mark Wilding of PassageWorks.
* 20 minute Experiential Breakouts to give participants tools and strategies for your back pocket to use for when they are “in the moment”. Led by various community experts.
* Resource tables and other activities
Cost: adult- $10, youth- free
Join us for all or part of the day! Many short experiential workshops to give you a taste of practices to use for stress management: Tai chi, tapping, neurofeedback, mindfulness, breathing, guided visualization, finding calm through play, yoga and much more!
Input given at this event will be used to inform part two which will take place in the fall for 2017
