2nd Annual Stress & Anxiety Symposium

Do you feel overwhelmed by the pervasive stress and anxiety that permeates our families, schools, and communities? PEN recognizes that every parent must at some point wrestle with the battle for time, energy and balance. And, every parent worries that their children will do the same. If you are tired of being negatively impacted by stress and anxiety, PEN can help! We have put together more than 30 experts and thought leaders to support you in understanding and managing stress & anxiety. Throughout the day, you will get breakfast, lunch and cutting-edge information and strategies to take care of yourself and teach your children to do the same. Don’t be a victim! Join us for the day and learn to Rethink, Reset, and Refresh your relationship to stress & anxiety!

  • Cost: Adults – $50.00 / Youth – $10.00
    • The symposium is open to youth of all ages. All content is appropriate, however you will want to select workshops that your child can understand. Child care is available for children who are potty trained – 9 years old.

Your ticket includes breakfast & lunch provided by Premier Members Credit Union, as well as entrance in to 1 workshop in the morning and 2 workshops in the afternoon. Resource tables will also be available throughout the day.

The purpose of the symposium is to:

  • Increase understanding of stress and anxiety.
  • Provide education about the types of stress, causes, signs & symptoms, impacts, healthy vs. unhealthy coping strategies and stress management techniques.
  • Rethink perceptions and impacts of stress on youth, families, and schools.
  • Provide practical tips, tools, and resources that help people take control of their stress!
